Presentation of passport and tourist card upon arrival.
* Spouses who have never been married do not need to present any of the documents outlined below.
If divorced, Certificate of Divorce.
If widowed, Certificate of Marriage and Certificate of Spouse's Death.
Marriage will be formalized taking into account the name stated in the passport; therefore this must be correct and must be the same as name stated in all other documents presented.
Home address, occupation, level of education, nationality, copy of first page of passport and Birth Certificate of both parties.
Full names of parents (whether living or deceased).
These documents must be translated into Spanish and legalized by the Cuban Consul in the country of origin.
