**Cart rental surcharges always apply and premium tee times are subject to an additional charge** **The use of a cart rental is mandatory and there will be a charge per person in a shared cart**
Through December 23rd, 2010, guests playing before 1:30 pm will incur a $35 premium tee time charge plus $35 cart rental per person.
From December 24th, 2010 through April 30th, 2011, guests playing will incur a $40 premium tee time charge plus $45 cart rental per person. Up to and including April 3rd, premium tee times are those before 1:30 pm. From April 4th through April 30th, premium tee times are those before 2:30 pm.
From May 1st, 2011 through December 15th, 2011, guests playing will incur a $35 premium tee time charge plus $40 cart rental per person. Premium tee times vary by dates as follows: before 2:30 pm from May 1st through October 30th and before 1:30 pm from October 31st through December 15th.
From December 16th, 2011 to April 30th, 2012, guests playing will incur a $45 premium tee time charge plus $45 cart rental per person. During this time period, premium tee times are defined as before 1:30 pm from December 16th through April 1st and before 2:30 pm from April 2nd until April 30th.
Guests will have access to the complimentary on-course food and beverage service provided by Riviera Maya Golf Club.
Guests must arrange their tee time in advance with the resort concierge and provide a credit card when doing so. If guests wish to cancel or reschedule their tee time, they must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $100 USD no-show penalty per person which will be charged by the hotel to the credit card they have provided. The concierge will then issue guests a coupon, which will grant them access to the golf course. Tee times are subject to availability.
